Onsite provides its preferred customers with their own secure Extranet site that we call CUSTOMERnet. CUSTOMERnet provides you with access to your service agreement(s), service reports, quotations, packing slips, inventory reports, system manuals, documentation, and network diagrams. Important support links and news relevant to your network are also posted on your CUSTOMERnet site.

Please call 800-814-5668 to schedule time with your representative to review the functionality of your company's CUSTOMERnet site.

Customers with existing CUSTOMERnet accounts can login by clicking the CUSTOMERNet Login button on the left side-bar and entering their Username and Password.
